This tastefully decorated and spacious home is perfect for you and your family on your next OBX vacation. At If It's The Beaches, you'll be within close proximity of amazing, local shopping, dining, and more. Less than a mile away you'll have access to Jockey's Ridge sound access perfect for those who want shallower, warmer waters than that of the beach. You'll also be able to climb the backside of Jockey's Ridge and get a panoramic view of Nags Head. Nearby you'll also find Jockey's Ridge Crossing containing shops like Kitty Hawk Kites, Life On A Sandbar, and Kitty Hawk Surf Company. Nearby local restaurant staples like Blue Moon Beach Grill and Mulligan's Grille are also under a mile away from If It's The Beaches as well. Even better, the Enterprise Street and many other public beach accesses are a little over 1 mile away, making beach days a breeze!

Inside If It's The Beaches, you'll find a beautiful bright living area with sectional seating that's roomy enough for your whole group. The home was exactly presented in the VRBO description. We were advised as what is supplied. That was good because there were only basics in the home. The towels were thin but it’s what you usually get in a hotel. The front steps were steeper than usual and are not lit at night. It was difficult to bring luggage and supplies when we arrived because we had to take the steps extra slow. Everything else was excellent. We would stay there again.

Perfect for families or groups of couples

The house was beautiful, exactly as pictured. Located on sound side, a short bike ride away from sound access. Plenty of public lots within 5 minute driving distance for ocean side. Check in process was really easy.

If it is the Beaches - this house is not near the Beaches

Positives: - very nice property - very clean - House has a great layout - Comfortable furniture and beds (did not go cheap on the furniture) - Maintenance responsive to issues raise - Quiet location - Great communication on check in and check out expectations Opportunities: - House is in a subdivision - not close to the beach (too far to walk) - Had issue with AC first day - maintenance came in an put 2 window units in until the AC was fixed - guess it was never fixed as they were still in place at the end of the week. Good response to the issue but poor follow up (window units worked fine but were loud) - No beach or pool access with the house - Cost of the rental for a week high considering location and lack of amenities. - Spam emails about beach equipment rentals was annoying (started as soon as we booked and showed up each week until we traveled)

The location and cleanliness was definitely a bonus. Close access to the beach and great places to walk and ride bikes were just what we were looking for.
