“Comfortable place to stay in every way. Front and back porch were used every day, weather was outstanding and the beach a short walk from the house. We met up with old friends for this trip and the house was a perfect place for us to relax and catch up with each other. Annette was very attentive to our needs and questions and the check in and check out was seamless.”

“This home was perfect and full of wonderful surprise! For a small beach cottage, it offered wonderful spaciousness and as a redecorated home, I was not expecting such updates, cleanliness and design/decor for a peaceful, beautiful stay. The back yard is huge, shaded and fully fenced- hard to find in a pet friendly rental. I was not used to the Schlage lock so it took me a minute- (hint- you need to pull the door tight for the lock to work) I can’t say enough about how perfect this home is!……

The upper floor was spacious enough for our whole party to gather very comfortably with room to spare. The beach was a very comfortable walk of one block with sidewalk and crosswalk for rt 12. The only downside is the stairs were very steep. Overall we were very satisfied and would recommend this house for a group our size.”

Only issue was I missed reading the very clear rental agreement - bring/ rent or buy your own bed linens, towels and paper products. HomeGoods was close by to solve this. ”

“The area was close to everything. Peaceful neighborhood other than construction. But you have to deal with that to make repairs around the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable! I loved we could do laundry before our long trip home. The family loved the downstairs area. We did have a little trouble getting in there but the online Vrbo chat was super quick and we were in in seconds. The main doorlock was super easy and convient. “The property was nice overall. Kitchen had lots of amenities. The location was a bit busy and noisy. Furniture was okay. Not a fan of tv so high you strain your neck to see.”
