「Love. Love, loved our stay at Tranquil House Inn! Our room was quaint, very comfortable and perfectly located on the water. We had dinner in the 1587 Restaurant and it was fabulous. We would absolutely stay here again!」

「This is a small, family owned establishment. The owner works and lives on site and is very helpful and kind. They have contactless check in, which was very cool, especially for someone who likes to get in, drop your bags and go explore or start work like myself :) 10/10 Will stay here anytime I come back to the outter banks.」

「The room was clean and beautifully decorated. Tara was wonderful and provided us with everything we needed. There were charming touches like an evening fire in the firepit and the front porch swings.」

「Our hotel room was filthy. The beds had hair and sand in them and the floors were so dirty that walking from the bed to the bathroom left the soles of our feet black. The bathtub was dirty as well. Would not recommend.」
