「I cant in good faith give 5 stars for a motel that is severely dated however...I will say this place is "clean" on the inside, the grounds need some love. (Theynare currently doing renovations snd I am excited to return to see the updates). This little gem is hands down the best little hole in the wall motel that is ON THE BEACH and allows fur babies. 「Clean, comfortable and affordable room with nice shower! Bri met us with a smile and showed us around the place. We were not able to use the cute fire-pit area or tiki bar due to inclement weather, but I'm sure it's a hit on nice evenings. Coffee and tea are available 24/7 in the main house. Rooms come with a fridge which is great if you go out to eat and have leftovers. Centrally located on the island. 」

「Always a good clean place to stay here at cape pines. Owners and staff are beyond nice and keep this place clean and tight. I live a few hours away and stay here often for work several days at a time. Never had a bad experience and would recommend to anyone. Good honest folks 」

「There is no beach front due to erosion. Ocean view? - the ocean was going under the motel. Could not regulate room temperature and windows would not open to catch the ocean breeze. Floor by entrance door was damaged , lifted, cracked and soft. Don’t let the website pictures fool you! 」
