「A couple of things: we called ina problem with the water and ice in the fridge. This issue was checked but never resolved (for us). Also a short in the wiring of the ceiling light in the back left-hand bedroom, along with the fire alarm there. Another thing: the backstop behind the kitchen sink in coming off the wall. Need re- glueing or re-setting. Finally, you need a dustpan for the broom, somewhere in the huose.Rest all lovely.」

「The property is in a great location close to the beach. The overall property i would describe as tried and needs some work. The bathroom door would not close and the bathroom light would go off and on by itself.
