It's time to relax at Bubbles Up, a charming, soundside home located in the quiet Linkside neighborhood within the Village at Nags Head community. This beautiful three bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers a perfect destination location for your next Outer Banks Vacation.
Inside the home, you'll find an updated space that offers everything needed for a summer vacation or for a long weekend getaway. The top level of the home has an open floorplan, allowing for everyone to spend time together no matter what room you're in. When it's time to eat, dine at the table or enjoy your meal out on the back deck, taking in the views of the golf course under the sun. The bedrooms are located on the mid-level of the home, allowing for a quiet space to relax at night after a day of exploring the OBX. There are two king bedrooms and 1 bedroom with twin beds, perfect for the kids in the group.
While at the home, if you're looking for things to do, be sure to visit the Village Beach Club or either of the two soundside accesses, perfect for catching one of the stunning Outer Banks Sunsets. Perfect for families and groups, Bubbles Up is the ideal choice for a memorable Outer Banks vacation.

Beach Access: Just a quick drive to the beach! Turn out of the driveway onto S Links Drive. Turn Left onto West Seachase Drive. Cross the bypass (Hwy. 158) onto Epstein St. Head north to the Loggerhead beach access. The access offers a paved parking lot, a wooden walkway to the beach and an outdoor shower.

Community pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies. Note: Parking passes for the Village Beach Club must be purchased in person by rental guests at the time of use: Daily rate: $10 to $25 per vehicle. Please inquire at the Beach Club for more details.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
