Motherā€™s Day weekend treat!

Top-notch experience! The house and its appointments were superb. Very comfortable beds! Nice kitchen supplies. Beach access was very close in proximity and the location, in general, was extremely convenient to grocery shopping, boutiques, and restaurants. We will definitely rent again in the future!!

Great Rental

The house and experience was excellent. John was very accommodating. This is our second year renting one of his units and would definitely recommend this house. House was as advertised and very clean. We look forward to coming back.

Perfect get away

We had a family get away with 14. House is well equipped and very clean. Beds were comfortable. House has an elevator, golf cart, pool and hot tub. It was perfect for us! We really enjoyed the stay.

The perfect spot for our friend getaway

The property was clean and in good repair. The hot tub and pool maintenance tech was on site cleaning when we got there and was very nice. All the beds were made and towels provided. We loved the balconies and how close the property was to the beach but also shops

Awesome location!

Property was as described and clean. Everything in good working order. We had a small issue with the coffee maker upon check-in and the hosts rectified this immediately by sending a brand new appliance within the hour. The hosts were extremely responsive with updates sent frequently leading up to our trip. They even sent messages throughout our stay gauge our needs. Fantastic stay!

Just like home!!

Thank you for another great year in the Outer Banks! This is the second time weā€™ve stayed in this house and itā€™s even better than the first. The location is perfect and there is a golf cart. provided to make going to the beach even easier. There was 14 of us and plenty of space for everybody to do their own thing. Thanks for an awesome trip!!!!

OBX family vacation

Home was great for family. Only 2 downsides. Would have preferred gas grill as preparing charcoal takes so long. Door handles to outside allow 22 month old to escape far too easily. Otherwise, very nice place and enjoyed pool, hot tub and other amenities. Great location.

Cape Coral is a Gem

On the way home from one of our extended family vacations-15 of us, multigenerational-had the time of our lives swimming, beaching, dining & chilling at the beautiful Cape Coral. The house is large & beautiful-beyond comfortable for the 15 of us! John is a wonderful host-responds immediately to any questions and is there promptly if you should need his service. I canā€™t recommend staying at Cape Coral enough-going home to make our booking for next summer!

House is so great we had to return a second time!

My friends & I stayed in this house in 2024 & loved it so much we rented it again for 2025! The location is 10/10 especially with the golf cart to use to zip around if needed. The quick & easy access to the beach is a huge plus. The pool & hot tub was used the most this year since the weather was beautiful! The kitchen is stocked so well with pots, pans, crockpot, etc. we barely had to bring anything outside of salt & pepper! My favorite thing about this house, outside of the elevator for all of the things we brought, was the space for a large group to hang out on the 3rd floor at the table & on the couch. Many memories were made there. Once again - we loved everything about this rental & would recommend to friends & family to use.

Great place to stay

This home is fantastic! It's in a great location, just a few steps to the sand. The abundance of en suite bathrooms made it great for our group of friends with plenty of privacy for everyone. The kitchen is spacious and the appliances are good. When we got there, the coffee maker wasn't anywhere to be found. We txt'ed the available number and a brand new Mr. Coffee pot was delivered within an hour! That was an impressive response! Could use a few more serving bowls and platters. Overall, we really enjoyed the space!

Cape Coral is an amazing house!

Our family absolutely loved this home, it's gorgeous!! The house was super clean, spacious, and comfortable! We loved the huge kitchen and dining table that everyone gathered around. The large sofa in the living room, and beds were very comfortable. The game room down stairs was a huge hit, as well as the pool, hot tub, and golf cart! The house was stocked amazingly, and we had everything we needed. The location was key since this home is very close (within walking distance) to the beach, grocery store, eateries, etc. (Additional shops and the fishing piers are all within a short drive away). We cannot wait to return to Cape Coral in the future!!

Great stay!

We unfortunately had the house on the coldest and windiest week in Nags Head. Fortunately the house was large, warm, and enjoyed by several friends. We had a great time!
