Just Right!

I had a client visiting for a fishing trip, and we were lucky enough to find James’ property. It was the perfect spot for us for the weekend’s activities. Centrally located in Nags Head with beautiful view of the beach, it is a well appointed and clean house! James was a terrific host, communicative and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect winter weekend, OBX!!

We've made it an annual tradition to spend a girls weekend every December in the OBX for my moms birthday. The SipSea exceeded expectations was absolutely perfect for the five of us. Pictures were accurate, property was clean and beautiful. The ocean views were incredible!!! Highly recommend The Sipsea and hope to stay here again in the future :)

Peaceful retreat

It was wonderful to enjoy a week at the beach in the Outer Banks off season. Sip-n-Sea is comfortable and cozy, providing the essentials whether you want to cook every meal or enjoy local restaurants. Beach access is only one house away, and we appreciate the need to preserve the dunes. Sitting on the porch off the kitchen, sipping a beverage and watching the waves — what a getaway.

Great house on the beach

Property was very clean and the location was superb. Property mgr. was easy to deal with. Could have used some extra hand towels for bathroom, and it was really quiet and peaceful there except for the last night when we had some loud partiers next door. Overall, it was a great stay.

The view can't be beat. Just a couple houses away from the public access point so making it out to the beach is easy and quick. Home was very nice and had everything to make our stay great.
