Enjoy all the splendor the Outer Banks has to offer with a vacation at Cross The Street Cottage. This meticulously maintained home proudly features 4 bedrooms (one is a master suite) a private pool, hot tub, screened in porch and even a basketball goal.

You’ll love the convenience of the community walkway to the beaches of South Nags Head along with the privacy family members need to unwind. With enchanting ocean views, Cross The Street Cottage also provides sound views and those of Bodie Island Lighthouse!

Convenience to shopping, dining, fishing and nightlife are all here for you.

Property was great. Not realFancy but we enjoyed every inch of it. Too bad we couldn’t get into ocean more than one day but that’s the chance u have with beach vacations. PoolAnd hot tub made up for noOcean swimmingTalking about maybe doing it again next year. Any maintenance issues we had wereTaken care of by your team with not much wait.

Loved the house and location

The house was perfect for our extended family. We loved the "vintage" feel of the wooden floors and staircase. The house has wonderful outdoor space and even access to chairs and toys for the beach. The pool, hammack, and rocking chairs got a lot of use while we were there! We had a chance to meet the owner and she was welcoming and accommodating. My main negative was having to go to the rental office for check in, when all we needed was a code for the door. The office staff nice at check in and we received a tote bag and a roll of TP and paper towels, but definitely not worth the extra hour the stop added to our trip after an 11 hour drive from Kentucky.

Property management company is deceptive

House is okay. My feedback is for the property management company. The week we stayed at the house there was planned beach “nourishment.” The beach was turned into a construction site and it really ruined the trip. The management company wasn’t up front about this. Like a shady car salesman, they hid all the information they had in the fine print in the lease. This could have been handled so much better. Very disappointed. Dianne Dickerson, the property management office staff, shouldn’t be working directly with clients. She lacks any sort of customer service skills or empathy in general.

A lovely stay

This house was lovely from start to finish. An ocean view as calming as the porches to enjoy it from. A hammock for relaxing and reading. The house was clean upon arrival. The kitchen is well stocked and very functional. The entire house was very functional and easy to feel comfortable in. Overall, my family and I very much enjoyed this home for the week!

Great Area/House

We enjoyed the quiet community and easy access to the beach. The house was clean and had everything you’d need. There are a ton of stairs so keep that in mind if you struggle going up and down them.

Great location!

This was our first time in the Outer Banks. The location was amazing--a short walk to the beach with easy public access. The layout of the house and views of the ocean were both awesome. The additional "toys" by the carport were great: boogie boards were used to introduce kids to the concept.. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Place

A great place in a great location. South Nags Head is quiet but close to everything you need. The walk to the beach was less than a minute. The pool was perfect. The view from the decks was wonderful. Everything was clean. We cook and the kitchen was stocked with everything you might want or need. The only negative is where I had to pick-up the key. Was was over 15 miles from the property. Overall - well worth the money. Strongly recommend.

Would Recommend

We would recommend this property! The pool was wonderful, as was the proximity to beach access. The property was on perfectly clean upon check in. Our only ‘complaint’ was that We had several people in our party who needed to work during the trip and the Internet connection was not great. Other than that - 5/5 stars!
