Nestled in the enchanting community of Seven Sisters, lies a delightful 5-bedroom house that is perfect for both families and couples. You'll be captivated by the alluring hot tub that beckons you to unwind and let your cares float away. If you're feeling up for a swim, take a few steps to reach the community pool and cool off in the refreshing waters. When it's time for some adventure, take a brisk walk to the nearby Loggerhead beach access and enjoy some beach time, sunbathing, surfing, swimming, or searching for shells.
Relax in the great room and catch up on your favorite shows. Grab your morning coffee and enjoy the salty sea breeze from the sun deck. Entertain your guests in the fully equipped kitchen with island seating for four or enjoy a lovely dinner in the dining area that seats eight. The house has three en-suite bedrooms for those in need of some privacy. For the kids, there are two rooms furnished with two twin beds and another with a bunk bed and double bed for those who love to share. This house is your perfect home away from home!

If cooking is not your forte, don't worry - there are plenty of wonderful local restaurants nearby where you can savor the finest dishes. The property is also close to a bike path, so you can explore the local area while getting some exercise. The Outer Banks historic sites are a must-visit, and there are plenty of water sports, golf courses, and fishing opportunities for those who want to venture out. Whether you're looking for a family-friendly adventure or a relaxing getaway, Seven Sisters 26 has everything you need to make your stay unforgettable.
Beach Access: Right across from the Seven Sisters community! The Loggerhead Street beach access offers a paved parking lot, an outdoor shower and wooden walkway to easily access the beach.
No Smoking/Vaping. *Village Beach Club amenities are not available* Seven Sisters Community pool is Open early June - Labor Day (Sunrise to Sunset) weather permitting.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
