"The modern hotel itself is a great facility set in a modern library setting with a variety of interesting books free to peruse. "Helpful and friendly staff. The Onsen is very nice especially the outside area that you can hire. The beds were comfortable. Not a lot of space for storage of clothes and luggage in the rooms. The Japanese restaurant in the spa was good and affordable. The Chinese restaurant was good food. The hotel and rooms are dated and need a Refresh. Nice views of the surrounding landscape. 5 min drive to a town with supermarkets and restaurants."

"Very limited walking accesses to eating spots, even no varieties. In the room, well cleaned, quiet, nice bed, but very disappointed at the much expecting relaxing time in the public bath. It was not warm enough. "
