"Amazing stay. Staff were friendly and very helpful, the hotel was really nice. The onsen is a short walk but was the highlight of our stay. "

"It was hard to access without a car (required a 40-minute bus ride from Kurashiki Station and a 15-minute walk from the nearest bus stop). The public bath house was nice, but some calming music would make it a little more relaxing when it's quiet. Otherwise, the door opening was very jarring."
