"Unfortunately, it wasn't as pleasant as I would have wanted it to be, the A/C in my room stopped working properly at midnight. A few ants were on my bed and bit me while I was asleep. I respectfully informed the front desk of the issues and if the manager could give me a call asap. It's been over 48 hours and have not heard from management. I'm all about giving a business a second chance and will stay at the same room if the deficiencies are fixed. "

So LUCKY that there's wedding reservation that weekend, wedding family act like they book the whole resort and celebrate like at home which is quite annoying with the disturbing noises. Great that staff exchange room after complain but this doesn't help in early morning in 5am due to the wedding ceremony starts 6am, more unknown people came in to the resort parked infront of the room without...

"Khun Tao and her staff were very friendly. The hotel has a family customer service environment. Rooms were clean and even though room didn’t have a microwave. The staff was more than helpful to heat your food. On first night there staff ordered food for me, went above and beyond to accommodate my hunger :-)"
