"Quiet and peaceful, in a serene setting. Enjoyed the clean fresh air. Service in the breakfast was excellent and professional. However, food selection was a little limited. Personally, I wish the establishment could increase both the Western and Thai food varieties. Guests would truly enjoy the local taste."

"Overall, my stay has been great. There's a ton of shopping in the building, so it's very convenient. The staff is so nice and helpful. Complimentary drink at the reception is incredible. The room is clean, but one thing, I found a bug on one bath towel and some stains on another towel, so the towel cleanliness may need improvement."

"We had an unfortunate start to our trip where, due to an error between TV and Expedia systems, are bookings were gone, even though we had paid months in advance. The situation was saved by the fast work of Vanit, the manager, who very quickly resolved the matter and provided a welcome upgrade. He also made sure he was around during the stay to ensure we were happy and enjoying ourselves. What could have been a disaster ended up being a wonderful stay! It’s a beautiful resort and a fantastic...

"Had a wonderful one-night staycation at one of their Onsen Nordic Suite room, and enjoyed every minute of it - especially the breakfast being brought to the room. There are some maintenance issues with the room, but it didn’t reduce my expectations. I really want to come back again soon."
