"We decided to come even if we don’t have a dog, but this was not a problem. Of course, you have to like dogs, because most people come with their dogs. But everyone is very respectful. The staff is always helpful and adorable. The bedroom was wide, clean and the view on the ocean is beautiful. "A very charming resort with very beautiful surroundings. We booked the villa and the room is spacious. The loft is spacious but the stairs were quite steep. Unfortunately, the public bath is under upgrading works during our stay and we did not get to use it."

"Room is very spacious including a living area and very clean as well. The hotel has a beautiful view of the sea and it also provides free shuttle service to and fro the JR station which is very convenient. Not all the staff can speak good English, especially the front desk. Need some improvement on that aspect. The spa (onsen) is at the sister hotel which is a Japanese style hotel down the hill. The onsen is very special with pearl accent in the hot spring water."

"The hotel was very small but nice and homey. Seemed very popular among Japanese locals. The lobby and hallways seemed modern. When we got to our room 402, we realized our room was very outdated in comparison to the rest of the hotel. The room itself smelled moldy. There were mold and grime stains in the tiles on the bathroom floor and shower wall. The shower curtain had mold spots and stains. The chairs had ripped fabric."

"Although the staff were mostly able to speak English, many of the signs were only in Japanese. This included the instructions on the toilet and the kettle. Google came to the rescue and translated whatever we needed. The restaurant staff were very helpful and even gave us a tour of the extensive buffet the first evening. The buffet food was delicious and plentiful. Our room was twice as big as we expected, which was a nice surprise! I wonder if we accidentally reserved a suite, which would certainly account for the high price. 🤔 There was a bedroom and separate living room, each with its own flat-screen television. The air-conditioning worked well, as did the remote control for the room lights, which provided good lighting. The bathroom was big, too, and like the living room it had windows looking out on the sea."
