“The service and accommodation is good but the transportation is not easy and there are a lot of mosquitoes”

“Beautiful property on the beach with lush gardens, lovely pool and accommodation dotted around the gardens. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You can swim and snorkel straight from the beach at high tide and there is an activities base in the hotel for kayaking, snorkelling, surfing and fishing trips. Good food, fresh and reasonable priced. Breakfast is very simple but does the job. I would have liked more fruit and salad options at mealtimes but apart from that it was great. Highly……

“When did the clock stop? Clearly in its day a great resort, then something happend. It's stuck in time, elements are current, elements need renovation. We stayed 2 nights, the restaurant/bar lacked the attention expected today - menu choice/availability. In our view the venue needs investment, (not just financial) it needs driving towards the expectations of the 21st century.”

When we arrived he apologised as there’s a glitch where he can’t find our booking, but he still entertain us and gave us a free upgrade. We love the place and it’s a memorable experience, got a power outage for a day too. Well even there’s an unexpected power outage he still cares very much offered us waters and apologised for it. There’s a generator but electrical issue, not a big deal. Lastly got a……
