「Staff is polite, nice and supportive. This is the second time for me to stay here. Superb location, lawson and sushi downstairs, plus a lot of restaurant in Namba Park which is 3 mins walk. So close to Nankai Train Station that it is very convenient upon your departure and arrival... If to criticize, the basin tap is a bit dirty and torn.」

「The decoration of the room is a bit outdated. However, in Osaka, it is nearly impossible to find such a spacious hotel with a big bathroom at such a convenient location at this price. There was even a massage sofa (even though it is a bit worn out) in the room, which was amazing. And a breakfast (with 4 choices) was served to my room every morning. The only down side was that there was no wardrobe in the room, but only a coat hanger stand. But with such a spacious room, I can put my clothes...
