“冷氣完全不涼，要開窗及不蓋被子睡。 4人房但浴缸是開放式，浴室沒有地方放衣服。 浴室燈有時限會自動關閉，使用中突然關燈。。。 充電插頭少，位置亦不方便。 外出後不會主動清潔房間，要與服務台說才清潔。 比較好的地方就是電視可看Netflix。”

“Room was booked a day ahead on error of time change, was charged for that one day of not staying and it was booked for multiple days yet when we arrived they stated that the room was not ready. We waited 10-15min upon arriving to the room it did not seem thoroughly cleaned. Hair in bedding. But ultimately the location was not where we needed to be and requested refund for the rest of the stay as we wanted to check out that night. They said it was up to Expedia. Expedia claimed it was up to……
