Cheerful home in family-friendly Naushop community perfect for summer vacation! Neighborhood pool, tennis court, pickle ball court, and playground accessible with passes included in rental. First floor den, full bathroom, laundry room, sunny living room, dining room, and kitchen open to small but well-manicured private backyard with brick patio, Serena & Lily outdoor umbrella, and outdoor shower. Second floor primary suite with king bed and full bath, second bedroom with two twin beds, third bedroom with king bed and crib, and shared bath with combination tub/shower. Third floor bedroom with two twin beds and trundle beds ideal for children. Two mile bike ride or drive to Surfside Beach and two mile drive to town. Walking distance to Espresso To Go, Nantucket Meat & Fish Market, and Discovery Playground on Old South Road.
