The best week of my life!!!
We used this home for our intimate wedding ceremony. The home, property manager, housekeepers, and owner were all great. Easy to contact if anything came up (quick questions about where things were located, etc.) The property is even better in person. It is stocked well for large groups, and the layout accommodates people of all ages. It is not only beautiful to look at, but functional. We had an absolute blast in the pool and hot tub. The theater room was a hit for the guys (a great place to hide for a nap!) I just wanted to let you know that there are no complaints or even any suggestions. It was just perfection. My biggest thank you for making my wedding week celebrations better than I could have dreamed! I will be back!

Amazing property
We had a great time at this amazing property. So well designed and so much fun! We loved watching the hockey playoffs in the theatre and relaxing outside by the pool. Michael was amazing to work with and so accommodating. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Luxury at its finest
We had an incredible stay at 4 Old Mill Ct! The house has everything you need to kick back and enjoy your stay! We travelled with 10 kids and 10 adults and were not sure who had more fun! The kids were entertained for hours in the fully equipped basement complete with an amazing theater room! The pool was beautiful and perfectly tempered for August! Easy walk downtown to shopping and restaurants and the bikes were such a nice touch- we rode to the beach! We brought in a private chef one night and the gourmet kitchen had everything needed. We had the opportunity to meet the property manager Michael who was informative, helpful and had great communication and response time with all of questions. If your desired dates for this rental is not available check out 3 old mill ct which was just as gorgeous and is the same owner. We will definitely be back for many years to come

Amazing experience
This location exceeded our expectations, and Mike, along with his team, made us feel very welcome. I also met with Tigran on-site and he made sure we were all good to go and answered any questions we had. You can tell they truly care about the customer experience and making sure everything is perfect! We held our intimate wedding at this location and all of our guests were blown away how beautiful the property was. The landscaping, flowers, lawn, pool; everything was pristine outside. If I didn’t know any better I would have thought the house was brand new considering how immaculate and clean it was on the inside too. We knew the house was going to be big, but it was even bigger and roomier in person - really well thought out design. Overall, we all loved it - easiest 5 star review I’ve ever written. Thank you all for the amazing experience.

Fabulous Stay!!
I booked the house to celebrate my 60th birthday with a week on the Island with my daughters and girlfriends. There were 11 of us ranging in age from 24-77. The house was PERFECT. The pictures are very accurate - although they don't do the house justice - it's even better in person. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax by yourself, but to also come together as a group for meals, yoga, games, swimming, movies, etc. And the location was great. For those that wanted to walk or bike into town it was very doable (about 1 mile) and for those that needed to Uber - one was never more than 10 minutes away (even going into the holiday weekend). The bicycles, provided by the owner, are in great condition and of various sizes. The property management team are exceptional - from Mike the overall property manager, to Tigran and his team who handle maintenance issues, and Heloise and her team who keep the property spotless. We only had a few minor maintenance issues (the iron did not work, the fireplace remote batteries died and there were none in the house to replace them) and they were handled immediately and graciously!! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub at all hours of the day and night, as well as the covered porch and lounge chairs. And the firepit was a great place to gather and talk once the sun went down and the air chilled a bit. If you are looking for a spot to host a large group, I'd highly recommend this house. If I host another large gathering in Nantucket, I'll definitely book this house again.

Best Nantucket stay ever
We travel all over the world and us VRBO frequently and I will say this house is in the top 2 we have ever stayed in. The house is well maintained, supplied and is set up for entertaining. The property manager was extremely good at communications and was very helpful in the coordination of additional concierge services. There were may small details that you do not see in many rental homes like, the quality of the bedding, furniture, kitchen appliances, art work, landscape, etc..
