Great property, great location, great staff, the computer errored all ratings should be excellent. Price was the only thing too high in my opinion for off season rates. Very pet friendly.

We had a wonderful time at The Cottages at Nantucket Boat Basin. The cottage was beautiful! Very comfortable, clean, and right on the water. We were in a two-bedroom cottage called Lower Mermansion. If/when I return to Nantucket, I’ll want to stay here again! I also have to mention the staff. Such very nice people who made us feel welcome and at home.

We loved our stay at the cottages! The weather was not on our side but luckily, the cottage is so lovely we had a quiet evening in. We were celebrating my mum’s birthday and the stunning towel arrangement Terry left was amazing! We’ll definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at The Cottages at the Boat Basin in Nantucket. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Just cannot praise the staff enough—Cesal was even there waiting for us as soon as our feet landed off the ferry. What really stood out was how much they loved our goldendoodle. They greeted him with Nantucket gear, toys, treats, offered him a plush bed, and made sure we had everything we needed to keep him comfortable. It’s rare to find a place that is not only dog-friendly, but truly dog-loving, and The Cottages absolutely delivered. We left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and already excited to come back. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a furry family member.
