An Italian Villa in the heart of Napa Valley!

  • Villa RayEl was inspired by the farmhouses and small villas of Italy.

    Located midway between downtown Napa and Yountville, this property sits on 2 acres providing great privacy. It sits next to a year-round creek with a view of a vineyard and nightly sunsets. It has a pool and an attached hot tub.

    Located 5 minutes to Highway 29, 8 minutes to downtown Napa and 8 minutes to Yountville. It is convenient to great wineries, restaurants and shopping. Alston Park, one of Napa's best is 4 minutes by car where you can hike or jog.

    Take an afternoon swim in the 40 foot private pool, relax in the hot tub under the stars, create great food in the fully equipped kitchen, or lounge on the terrace overlooking the creek and vineyard with a good book.

    This is the perfect house to gather with friends or family!

Family wine trip

Perfect!

This was a perfect location and house for a recent trip to Napa. So close to all the towns and wineries, yet secluded enough for privacy. So many amenities and features we could have spent the entire trip at the house. Thank you so much for hosting us and we cannot wait to come back!
