The Space:
Vanderbilt Surf Colony's onsite amenities include a heated community pool, a tennis court, 2 pickleball courts and a bocce ball court.

Your vacation rental is a 1 bedroom condo unit with a King Bed. There is an attached en suite bathroom with a shower and tub combo and a single vanity. Please note the building generator is located close to the second lanai off the bedroom and it runs for 15 mins a week on Tuesday and it can not be accessed.

The family room has tropical furnishings with a walk out slider to the screened and covered lanai. There is a flat screen TV, cable and wifi are included in your stay!

Enjoy dining on the outside patio set or inside on the 4 top dining set. This unit includes a stackable washer and dryer for your use. There are also beach chairs and a beach umbrella provided for your use during your stay! Vanderbilt Surf Colony's onsite amenities include a heated community pool, a tennis court, 2 pickleball courts and a bocce ball court.

Located in the Vanderbilt Surf Colony Neighborhood of North Naples, this complex is highly desired due it's proximity to the beach, it's affordability and being very pedestrian friendly. You can easily walk to Vanderbilt Beach which is right out the back of this building. The Turtle Club, La Playa Resort and The Ritz Carlton are all high end hotels with beach front dining and bars that are an easy walk from the front door. There is a vendor at the public beach access which rents kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. as well as a bicycle rental store less then a mile from the condo.

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have.

This is a self check in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival.

There is an additional HOA application fee that is not included with this booking and is paid separately.

The unit is accessed from the common elevator located in the lobby of the building and that will get you up to the first floor. The building has a lobby that is locked, Mike Z Rentals will get you a key to enter the building and unit. This complex is also behind a non guarded gate. Only fully paid reservations with previous HOA approval will be allowed to enter.

Please note: This unit has the community generator connected to the screened lanai and it runs for approximately 1 time a week for 15 mins, on Tuesdays. The outside lanai can not be used during this time due to the noise and exhaust.
