Very busy downtown traffic location.

The most important thing is to mention that the lobby is on the 4th floor! This is inconvenient with luggage. The staff is pleasant, but it should also be mentioned that they are not open 24/7. Also the nearest parking is blocks away.

It was fairly easy to get to by bus and Metro. But I only had one small bag, I wouldn't recommend doing this with big luggage. It cost 5 euro for the bus to the train station/metro station then 1.20 euro for the Metro. It's a 2-3 minute walk from the station. The guy downstairs of the building is rude, but managed to get him to tell me where to go. This place is on the 4th floor and it's confusing because there is another Bovio suited on the 2nd floor. The older housekeeper lady is just incredibly lovely and sweet, she let me dropp off my bag to store until check in. She doesn't speak much English but she's just a legend, badass I loved her! Stayed here for one night with my friend, requested 2 beds got two beds but one was a baby twin bed and the other a full/queen. The rooms are outdated, beds are springy and hard. The room had a cool big old window it had Air-conditioning. It was clean but I found hairs on the shower wall, a towel hook was barley hanging on and things just seemed used and abused. The keys were oldschool skeleton keys. There is an elevator. Good enough for one night and if you're not too picky. Overall it's in a great location, walking distance from the Spanish quarter. There's plenty of cafe's to grab something to eat and drink around.

Tuvimos una estancia fenomenal. Lo mejor del hotel fue la señora de limpieza, siempre amable, con una sonrisa y atenta de si necesitábamos cualquier cosa. Nos dejaron hacer un early check in. Todo fue fácil y cómodo. Totalmente recomendable alojarse en Bovio Suites

The hotel was difficult to find as it is has no sign out of the front so took quite a while on the phone to find it’s location inside a large complex. We arrived around 10pm and we had failed to see there was an additional charge which was very unexpected as we don’t deem 10pm a late check in for a hotel. Once inside the room was nice and comfortable. Location was brilliant

Es ist ein Wohn-/ Bürogebäude. Das "Hotel" ist in der 4. Etage. Dort sind die Zimmer, die Größe ist unterschiedlich wie in den Zimmerkategorien angegeben. Die Bilder müssen kritisch betrachtet werden. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Der Essbereich im Zimmer ist in Frage zu stellen, da bietet sich eher der Aufenthalt vor der kleinen Rezeption an. Die Regendusche ist nur etwas für Personen bis 1,65 m. Meine Dusche war mit einem blauen Plastiktuch vom Bad abgetrennt. In der Dusche war es daher eher dunkel. Tageslicht kommt nur unzureichend in den Raum. Das Personal war während meines Aufenthaltes sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, Metro vor der Tür, Gastronomie rundherum vielfältig und gut. Das bedingt allerdings auch Lärm. Bis in die Nacht bekommt man Straßenlärm auch bei einem Zimmer mit Blick in den Innenhof mit. Fazit: Für 1 oder 2 Nächte ok. Ankunft: Rechts neben der Eingangstür Klingel auf dem Block links oben, durch die (enge) Eingangstür in den Innenhof, sofort rechts Block A, mit Fahrstuhl in 4. Etage, kurze Treppe hinauf, Hoteltür links mit Klingel.

Bel posto, torneremo!

Prima volta al Bovio suite, un po' per caso l'avevo scelto come tappa prima di Ischia e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! La posizione centrale è perfetta, per prendere il traghetto dopo ma anche per uscire la sera. La camera molto tranquilla, abbiamo dormito bene, senza rumore e con conforto. Prevediamo di tornare a Napoli al autunno per passare più tempo nella città questa volta e torneremo li con certezza!! Grazie!

Bovio Suite

We arrived by train in the middle of the day. The help at the reception was very good and the check in went smooth and fast. We got a room in the corner in good condition (compared to Italian standards). The cleaning was performed everyday and they made sure to keep the room cool for when we got back. There was a neat and nice breakfast every morning. At the check out we were able to keep our bags at the hotel the entire day. We had a good experience with Bovio Suite Hotel.

La maison d’hôte est très bien situé, la seule petite problématique est de trouver l’endroit ! Nous avons beaucoup tourné à pied avec nos valises et rien n’est indiqué Des explications serait à donner pour l’accès car c’est vraiment problématique. Merci pour tous les efforts et tous les services fourni nous avons passé un bon moment dans ce lieu

Old room good point is location

The hotel building is old and also the inside decoration is old. The room is cleaned well but there’s a weird/sour smell near the fridge corner. Location is very convenient just outside of metro, the gate is not obvious but good point is there’s elevator if you’re traveling with big luggage. Breakfast is really the minimum. We move the next day to another hotel, same price but with much newer and comfortable room.
