Everything was just amazing. I would have given them 5 stars. But as soon as we left, within a few hours, we got a text that we used something from their bar and they demanded us to pay for it. The issue was, other than the bottles of water and nuts, we didn’t have anything. Like no alcohol whatsoever. The conversation kept on going for sometime and it affected us during our trip. Other than their mismanagement at the end, over a €7 bottle, everything else was great.

Wundervolles, kleines, hübsches Hotel. Sehr liebes Personal. Im Zimmer fühlt man sich direkt sehr wohl und wie zu Hause. Wir hatten nach der Abreise noch etwas im Hotel vergessen und das Personal war so unglaublich hilfsbereit! Kleines, sehr feines Frühstücksbuffet. Absolut zu empfehlen! Wir würden es auf jeden Fall erneut buchen, wenn wir noch einmal in Neapel sind.

The hotel is new and modern. So clean and pretty. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. The hallways are well lit and beautiful. The front desk was sweet and helpful and there is always someone there trying to make a personal connection. The location is a couple of blocks away from Napoli céntrale and a block away from pizzeria Michele. Great location to get around. Breakfast has great fruit options and they have a coffee machine which produced tasty coffee.

The hotel was a real oasis of peace and quiet in the middle of a very lively and vibrant area of Naples. Casa D hotel met all our expectations. It was welcoming, clean and peaceful. The room on two storeys had plenty of space to accommodate our family of 3 people. The beds were comfortable, linens super clean and fresh, towels very white and of good quality. And we had luggage support racks for our suitcases. I am a demanding traveller and I was happy about this accommodation. The breakfast was good with a few choices for all tastes. The front desk personnel was very, very kind and patient. Our special thanks go to Alessia, Carmen and Grecia, who spoke several languages and were super sweet and helpful. In a breakfast room, Antonella and Rosalea were always polite and smiling and helpful, too! Anna, our housekeeper, did a marvelous job on keeping the room extra polished and impecably clean. A free bottle of water was provided upon our arrival, thank you. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we hope to return to Casa D again in future. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We loved this hotel. The hotel has only opened four months earlier and everything was new and spotless. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and very delicious. A shout out to Grecia, one of the front desk clerks. She was so friendly and made extra effort to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Don’t let Google Street View fool you (when we were looking for a hotel it looked like an abandoned building, so by the time you see this Google may be updated.) This hotel was AMAZING and they only opened 4 months ago. Everything was easy from getting to the hotel, getting into the hotel, talking to the front desk, getting into your room. All of it was amazing. Breakfast was great, definitely unlike typical American hotel breakfast. This was fresh and clearly made with intent and love. Room service everyday made it refreshing to come back after a long day! The hotel is located down an alley on Regina Sancia. There is enough light where you don’t feel unsafe. I love that this hotel was in the hub of the city, but secluded at the same time (if you’ve been you know what i mean) Walking one way you are on the shopping strip, walking the opposite you are in the hub of small family run shops, restaurants, in the middle of Neapolitan culture. This was our first time in Italy and we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. I absolutely will come back when I visit Naples again. Thank You to the 3 ladies as the hotel hosts/front desk. They made our stay so welcoming, they were kind, professional and always asked how our day was with specifics that we shared with them earlier in the day. Anything I needed they would make sure we would have. They definitely added to making our stay in Naples one of a kind! If you are staying in Naples, I definitely suggest looking here for your stay!

Very clean and updated property. First impressions of the room were great. Staff are friendly but having to check out by giving your room number every time you leave the hotel was unexpected. Breakfast is offered, but no other meals. However, you are not permitted outside food on the property despite there not being an internal competing option. The property looks professional and clean on the outside with security features for entry. However, it is located in a back street ally where you can find homeless people right around the corner.
