This wonderful 3 bedroom/ 2 full bath condo located on the 2nd floor offers updated kitchen, new carpet, brand new dishwasher, cooktop range and hot water heater. Unit has been freshly painted and has hurricane shutters off the lanai. This unit is very spacious. Master bedroom has a very large walk in closet.
Spacious lanai that overlooks a nicely landscaped area and community pool. Parking is assigned and includes a covered carport. The community is lovely, close to shopping, restaurants, highway, downtown Naples, beaches and much more.
Vacation in great Naples Florida. Unit available for seasonal rental from November 2023 - May 2024 $3500 monthly. HOA approval required.
