This was the worst hotel experience. The room was gross. Had a crack straight across the ceiling that was patched. They only clean every 2 days and told us we could only have 1 towel for 2 days. The staff was never at the counter. The one staff member was in the side office and acted like everyone was annoying her for towels. She made some guests go back to their rooms to get the dirty towels before she handed over a fresh towel. The breakfast was sad. Stale bagels and the orange juice was pure water. Checked out after 2 days and went to the Hilton down the street and it was a completely different experience. This was more like a Motel 6 than a Hampton Inn. The pool is in the parking lot. Oh and I saw the housekeeper in the hallway and asked if she'd clean the room and she said no, only every 2 days. When you visit a beach, you take more showers, thus need more towels. The staff acted like everything was an annoyance.
