Golden Gate Community Park is a 5 minute drive away and offers several sport fields, 4 lit tennis and racquetball courts, lit basketball courts, shuffleboard courts, bocce court, playground, paved fitness trail and boat ramp. * Many communities require HOA application fees which may need to be submitted 20-30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates.
These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current community fees for New Waterford at Berkshire Lakes are $150 application fee and $50 p.p. background check fee (18 and over).
