Long lake views welcome you to this Stunning Briarwood Lakefront Pool Home

This beautiful South facing 3 bedroom villa with a private pool is situated in the residential community of Briarwood in Naples, Florida.

The home has been furnished to a high standard and comprises a large open plan living/dining room with large glass sliding doors leading to the screened in outdoor seating area overlooking the tranquil pool and lake. The pool area also has Chaise Lounge chairs for soaking up the sun and a table and chairs which is perfect for dining al-fresco.

The Master Suite has a King size bed with an en-suite shower and separate roman tub. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom are both queen size beds and share a 2nd bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Briarwood has a fantastic community area to play pickle ball, tennis, basketball, and even has two additional community pools all available for your use during your stay. Less than 5 miles to the beautiful Naples beaches and the shops of 5th Ave So and 3rd Street south making this home the top choice for your vacation destination.

We had a fabulous time , the house is beautiful and the pool was just what we all hoped it would be. I took my nieces for a week and we had so much fun!We are already talking about staying longer next time.You had everything we could possibly need ,except an outdoor grill and skillet, but we grabbed a skillet at the store, but a grill wouldn't fit in my car. other than that I recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful spot to vacation.

We had a great week and loved the property. The view and location were perfect -- we loved our time in the pool and sitting outside. The property is updated, well decorated, and very clean. The booking, check-in and check-out processes were all smooth, and the property manager is easy to deal, and very responsive. I'd highly recommend this property for adults or for families. We will be back!
