The room was nice and clean, great location but the buffet breakfast as advertised was not that at all. They shouldn’t be advertising a buffet breakfast.

We never received the check-in information so when we got to the hotel, which was a converted apartment, we didn’t have an access code to get in the door. We were lucky there were helpful people around. We heard nothing from the hotel staff. The rooms were glorified dorm rooms, and very noisy The location was great. We were near public transportation close to the waterfront so once we got settled, things were OK.

The property location is great, very close to shopping, restaurants, and the harbor. It was nice to have breakfast delivered to your room every morning. The staff does not speak English. There was confusion about how to enter the property and I had to find someone to help that worked at a shop next door, which worked out but was frustrating.

The rooms were as shown in the pictures - a few things needed repair but not really a big issue - what we saw of the breakfast was disappointing - this may have been due to the early start of our tours - but disappointing none the less - the entrance was a little difficult to find at first but once you find it the first time it is easy to return to - the Wi-Fi was a bit gin and miss - more miss at night as it goes to a low data mode and didn’t seem to connect to anything - had to go outside one night to connect - to be fair to the hotel the connectivity outside wasn’t much better - a lot of 3G I guess I would give the hotel 3 stars on everything except the shape of room and our price of $125 US on these 4 stars In all fairness

Amazing location! Around the corner from the Royal Palace etc. Comfortable room with good large shower. Lovely breakfast. Check-in was confusing, partly my fault since we missed our ferry and were late. Also it was not a non smoking hotel and the room and lobby smelled of cigarette smoke.

The location is great for walking the city - we had two rooms and they were very clean, beds comfortable and the bathroom soaps good. We appreciated having the air conditioning as it was hot outside. Free breakfast was okay and a welcome treat. Staff was difficult to find - safe and in-room phone didn't work and we lost our key. Couldn't find anyone to help us and did without them. Will certainly stay again.

Great location and very good service. A new comer may be confused because there is no sign in the location. My challenge was there was a smell of smoke in the room although it was not a smoking place. Not sure if the owners could have controlled this.
