If Vacasa is involved, go somehere else.

The property was great...but. on the day of our arrival, Vacasa was supposed to email us the exact property location and the code to get into the building. We never received an email nor a text. WE HAD NO IDEA WHAT UNIT WE WERE GOING TO OR HOW TO GET INTO THE UNIT. Vacasa's customer service via cell phone was horrid., although we finally got the information we needed. The unit we rented was very nice, however, there was no "WELCOME" packet explaining how things work in the building etc. The bottom line is that the unit was great. Vacasa was incompetent. I have worked thru VRBO on prior occasions and always had a good experience. Going forward, I will never rent a unit through Vacasa again.
