Arrived at 7 pm. No one at front desk it's already "after hours". They have a number to call or text. I do both and leave messages. No response. Eventually another person knows where to find someone and I check in around 7:30. Charged $10 for some extra thing I have no idea.

A beautiful place in a very nice area! The Hotel has a lot of charm, the management is fantastic, the entire team very nice, kind and professional! Very recommendable for going into or out of the Everglades. Great Kajak and boat tours into the thousand island area. We had a wonderful time! Thanks!

Everything was terrible, from the organization and service to the check-in process, which was delayed because the rooms were dirty. Even after we finally got into the rooms, they were still dirty. There was no Wi-Fi because the owner hadn't paid for the service, so we spent our two days there without any internet connection. The continental breakfast wasn't continental at all and was awful; there was very little food, and what little there was was old and unappetizing. The owner didn't bother to address any of the problems at any point, which is why I left the hotel a day early, essentially giving them a free night's stay. In short, I don't recommend it at all and will certainly never go back.

Ich bin angekommen und die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption konnte kein Englisch war aber kein Problem. Ich habe gleich ein Lunchparket erhalten das mich sehr gefreut hat. Ich habe gesagt dass ich am nächsten Tag gleich am Morgen einen Ausglug hätte und ob ich ein Frühstück früher erhalten könnte was kein Problem war so wie ich es verstanden habe. Bin am Morgen dann hin und keiner war da. Am nächsten Morgen gegen halb 9 war wieder keiner an der Rezeption und ich fand den Frühstückraum nicht was ehrlich gesagt komisch wa da ich ja gefragt habe wo das ist und ich habe es so verstanden dass es drausen ist. Ich bin dann auf jeden Fall gefahren ohne Frühstück. Der Pool ist wirklich sehr groß und angenehm. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt und das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Das WLAN Schild im Zimmer stimmt nicht sollte erneuert werden. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich wir hatten einfach kleine Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen (:

It’s like a Spanish castle with hotel rooms. The staff was awesome and we felt right at home. We rode e-scooters and went to the pool. Super relaxing and chill vibes. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Naples. It’s really close to Naples and Marco Island and there’s a cool bar right around the corner.

Tom gave great service. There was easy check in and check out. It wasn’t too far from stores and outdoor excursions. The inside of my cottage was a little outdated, but still had everything I needed for my stay.
