Resort grounds were absolutely beautiful. Three of stayed in the room. Beds were good, however, hairdryer did not work, but was able to get a new one. When closing the blinds some of the hanging verticals shade came down. Phones to front desk did not work. Front desk service was awesome and helpful!

Great location. Outdated.

We loved the location of this property but we were disappointed with the outdated interior of the unit. The carpet was dirty and stained, and the kitchen was old looked felt like it was from the 80’s. The second bedroom is really separated by an accordion wall that you can open and close so there’s not a real wall between the room and the family room area. Looking back at the original photos we see that now, but we didn’t notice it when we made the reservation. The pool was nice, but get there early as the chairs get filled up fast before noon. The on-site restaurant was good and we enjoyed eating there. Overall we liked the location but also think renovating this unit would make for a more enjoyable stay.

We had a mixed experience at this Naples condo. On the positive side, the location is fantastic and the owner was incredibly responsive; when the thermostat and garbage disposal failed, they had them repaired almost immediately.However, the unit itself is very run down. The furniture and carpeting are old and worn, and the sofa was so uncomfortable it was a 'back breaker.' We also encountered several maintenance and cleanliness issues: the slider window blind panels were missing or falling off, there was mold on the shower curtains, and the promised beach chairs and umbrella were missing. While the host is great, the condo needs significant updates and a deep clean to justify the stay
