Vanderbilt Beach

Great location and nice condo. Property still undergoing a few hurricane related repairs, but very functional. Easy access to grocery, restaurants, local and state roads. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful area and grounds, with a terrific pool. The owner supplied top notch beach chairs and really liked the cabana and garage that came with this unit. The unit was well stocked and we really enjoyed our stay. Hope to be back there again!

Beautiful Condo, Beautiful Beach

Thank you for letting us stay for two wonderful weeks in your condo on Vanderbilt Beach! We enjoyed relaxing at such a lovely place overlooking the gulf and the beautiful white beach! The condo is very attractive and comfortable. It's in a quiet area, but it's still close to restaurants, shopping, and parks. We would love to stay here again!

Vanderbilt beach

Condo was well appointed for two. Great views of the beach. The floors were sandy but we were able to use the owners vacuum. Construction is still an issue…Daily hammering and drilling noises, had to use another condo building’s pool, had to vacate for 10 hours for construction. Wi Fi was only available in the living room. No one would respond to our report of this.

Was never disclosed the construction going on till after my chance for full refund ....the pool had no light , had to walk around construction area to getbti beach....the elevator was closed to ground floor for couple days....the condo was perfect though.. but the way the company disclose the construction was ignorant and in my opinion illegal the didnt let me know till after the fact ....was loud , even chainsaw going at times ....I should be credited for the disturbance!!!!
