This beautiful home is located on a quiet street in Moorings, one of Naples most sought-after neighborhoods. Walk, bike (4 bikes are provided) or drive to the beaches (beach pass provided for three months rental minimum). Minutes to Venetian Bay, downtown Naples, Naples Zoo, golf, variety of shopping, restaurants and more. With an open, spacious floor plan, the home is perfect for gatherings. Large, exceptionally well stocked gourmet kitchen with an oversized island, all modern appliances including new induction cooktop, new double ovens, bar seating space for eight and an adjacent dinette/breakfast room. Separate bar area with the wine fridge. Combination living/dining room and a family room. French doors open to the expansive, completely private outdoor living area which is set against a dramatic tropical landscape. Relax in the newly remodeled heated pool with waterfall and spa. Outdoor shower, grill (propane), new 55" TV and newly updated outdoor lighting complete the perfect outdoor experience, day or night. The master suite offers separation and privacy from the other three ensuite guest bedrooms. With 5,123 sq. ft. under roof, this home has plenty of flexible spaces, including a den/office with a half bath next to it, a home gym, huge laundry room with the utility sink, reverse osmosis drinking water system, second refrigerator and a walk in pantry, 3-car attached garage and seven TVs throughout the house. A whole house generator gives you confidence of uninterrupted power supply. New AC with whole house purification system.
