The stone lanai wraps around the house, creating a spacious outdoor living area. A table and chairs, beneath a ceiling fan, overlooks sparkling turquoise water lined with boats and palm trees. The dock beneath the grass embankment belongs to you. Tie up your boat or sit with your feet dangling in the water and watch for passing dolphins and manatees.

The heated pool is surrounded by clusters of palms on one side and a spacious grass yard on the other, giving you total privacy. With the gas grill, poolside barbeques will become everyone’s favorite meal of the day.

The interior contains the ideal blend of style and comfort. Natural light through ample windows fills the space. A mirrored wall in the dining room gives you a constant view of the waters outside. The bright, airy kitchen comes equipped with all the modern appliances you need to prepare everything from a family dinner to coffee, tea or cocktails to enjoy on the lanai.

The bedrooms all have televisions, and the master suite features sliding door access to the lanai.

You’ve got all the comfort-enhancing amenities you could want, like air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi, cable and a washer and dryer. You also have bicycles and everything you need for the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.

People drive for miles to visit Tigertail Beach, but you’re just a short walk away. This 79-acre natural gem is filled with white, sandy beaches, warm turquoise waters and mangroves. Go exploring on kayaks, water trikes or paddleboats. You can also sign up for an Eco tour that takes you to the habitat of the manatees and nesting sea turtles.

After a full day of fun, celebrate with a beachside meal at the Tigertail Beach Café. Or take a short walk from your house to some of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants, like Joey’s Pizza, Doreen’s Cup Of Joe, or Thai Sushi By KJ.
