"我们家小孩严重尘螨过敏，酒店非常仔细地打扫房间。另外家人签证临时出了些状况，酒店表示出最大的理解和支持。 整体设施略旧，但是维护得很好，而且一些细节很周到。 食物尝试了一楼的自助餐厅，味道不错，食材新鲜。cafe就味道一般吧，量挺足的。 很重要一点是服务人员都英文不错，交流比较容易。 机场班车在楼下有个发车提醒的大牌子。发车很准时。 去成田市区他们也提供班车，可是我们没有尝试。打车回来十五分钟3800yen。"

"The hotel is well run, clean, and really designed for travellers in transition. My room was quiet with blackout curtains and I appreciated how the area around the hotel, while close to the airport and main roads, was also filled with a sea of green trees remaining. The nature lover in me was comforted by this. The gym, pool and jacuzzi were all wondergul. I only wished that they were open in the mornings . The open only at 2pm each day and they charge a fee for using them. Their basic equipment was clean and well maintained and I appreciated the plush towels, lockers and japanese contrast baths. The dinner and breakfast buffets were pretty good value for the cost with quality food that was well presented. I personally would have appreciated some more gluten free breakfast options, and the offer of breakfast items a la carte."

"This hotel is close to Narita, making it a great day-of arrival or day-before departure hotel. It also has a shuttle going to and from the mall and then to the airport which was really nice for those needing to grab essentials or food as there isn’t anything close. We drove, so parking was easy and they validate as long as you’re staying! It was ¥400 a night. The lobby is really nice with a Family Mart and the employees were awesome, The absolute con of this hotel was the condition. It’s obviously used by many and has travelers in and out of it constantly, but our room was in bad shape. The walls in the hall and room were super scuffed and dirty, the chairs in the room were dirty and old, the room smelled like cigarettes but it was non-smoking, power dipped quite a bit, carpet and sheets had stains, and the bathroom floor was dirty along with black mold all over. For a quick night stay, this hotel would be fine but anything above that, this hotel is getting a workout and it’s showing. Lots of tour groups as well, so the elevators are very busy!"

"The free shuttle van was way too crowded so were weren't able to ever get in. 1-ply toilet paper. The dinner served was nothing but pasta dishes. Breakfast buffet was good. The bathroom could use a good cleaning. The staff were very helpful. The male restaurant employee, Yoshida, was awesome! We liked him. The coffee shop closes early so no hot coffee - had to just buy cold coffee at the 7-11 store."
