"Transport from and to Narita was easy to use and close to the hotel"

"Good things: - Nice and friendly staff - Shuttles to and from airport, shopping centre and JR station - Hot springs with outdoor setting is a big bonus (700 yen to use until 9am on the next day) - Dinner at “Soh” 👍 Not so-good things: - The room and hallway is very “aged”. My room is located on “Garden wing”. Maybe the main building is better? - Breakfast buffet: It offered a good variety of options, but many items were not replenished during my visit between 8:00 and 9:30 a.m., despite service continuing until 10:00 a.m."

"Very helpful and patient staff. They made a great impression as the first hotel I’ve stayed in Japan. The room was clean and comfortable. The convenience store on the ground floor had a lot of what I needed when I first arrived. The free shuttle helped get me back to the train station."
