Enjoy some "cottage time". This freshly remodeled beach house rests at the doorstep of Scarbrough State Beach . Enjoy the convenience of a 5 min walk home for lunch. Features 3 queen sized bedrooms, and 1 bath. Enjoy rinsing off in the outdoor shower & cocktails on the patio. Open concept living room supports all family gatherings. The house is stocked with all amenities. Grab a bathing suit and enjoy everything Narragansett had to offer.

A perfect location for a week at the beach We loved how clean & fresh the house was. Initially, we had difficulty getting into the house, but Ryan responded promptly.We loved the open floor plan, all the kitchen ammenities, having queen beds and dressers in each room. Plenty of bath towels & the beach towels were a bonus. Loved having a shed to fit all our bikes and having beach chairs, an umbrella and beach cart.Loved how big the outdoor shower was. Overall a wonderful week at the beach!

One word.....PERFECT

The house is immaculate, stocked with all the comforts of home. One floor living so you don't have to worry about kids on stairs or if someone in your family has trouble negotiating them. The backyard is amazing as well. Awesome fire pit, Gas grill, dining area covered with a beautiful pergola, and a great outdoor shower. All of this just 4 houses away from beach! What truly sets this property apart from the rest is the host. Ryan's hospitality is unparalleled. He answered every question i had promptly and precisely. He ensured our vacation went seamlessly and for that I'm extremely grateful. We will be booking for next year as soon as reservations open.
