The house is part of the Bonnet Shores Community, where amenities include free access to private Kelly beach, a short drive to Narragansett town beach and Roy Carpenters beach where you can enjoy swimming, kayaking, surfing or just relaxing. This airy & spacious 5+ bedroom, two bath home features open concept living. Outdoor deck, yard and fire pit for your summer barbecues and much more. This house has beds for 10 people but can sleep up to 16, as we have 2 pull out couches and a day bed.

Family Beach Fun
We were 8 adults and 5 kids ranging in age from 2 to 10. There was plenty of space for all of us. Most days 1 or 2 of the adults would shuttle the family to the beach and then bike up afterwards since there is no parking at the private beach. (We brought our own bikes.) Plenty of good local food spots for the times we didn’t want to cook. Hosts were responsive. We would definitely consider returning.

We stayed at this property for our annual family weekend. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The area is convenient, the local beach a gem. We were able to meet the host, really nice person. Definitely be back another time!!

Great communication and response time with owner. Recommend Scarborough beach but get there early. Jamestown there is a state park free with gorgeous sunsets. Bring a picnic

This house has what you need
This house has amazing space and is reasonably priced for the location. Kelly Beach is a short drive, bike ride, or shuttle away and is very kid friendly. This house is comfortably cool with AC units in nearly every space, has great outdoor eating/entertaining space, and a great lounge area. The owner responds quickly to messages and even dropped items to the house when needed. There was a bit of an inconsistency in the listing because the original listing mentioned the house having Town Beach passes but they had stopped that by the time our rental actually happened. I wouldn't have canceled my reservation if I would have known but it would have been nice to have that communicated before we got there. The house has great new flooring and appliances but there were a lot of large ants when we were there. I believe the owners are aware and addressing the issue since ant traps were visible throughout the house. Overall our experience was positive and we know yours would be too!

Sweet location, plenary of room
We, 9 adults and 2 children, travelled from out of state for a wedding and were easily accommodated in 4 bedrooms plus. Outdoor seating in sun and shade. Communication with owner excellent. He was able to walk us through an internet crash in 5 minutes. Kitchen appliances upgraded (sorry to say new refrigerator arrived as we were departing). Would rebook.

Good house for families, couples and friends!
The house has lots of space and amenities, and the owner was a great communicator. Had a few minor hiccups while we were there, but the owner was quick to respond and resolve. Kelly Beach is so pretty and good for kids, but without the shuttle running, you definitely need a bike and wagons! Would recommend this house.
