It's right on top of another home but the way the building are arranged still gives you full privacy.Cows and Alpecca's next door was a bonus to the serenity.. Even the occasional horse went past on the road.Photos reflect the reality of the placeBook it if you want peace and quiet, but still just minutes from the action of Goolwa township"

"Staying here was an absolute delight. Everything about the property exuded charm. It was warm, cozy, with beautiful views and so so tranquil. The small touches like the pate and crackers, the beautiful linen sheets and Jurlique bathroom products just added to one of the best stays away we've ever had. Highly recommend this lovely little spot."

"A lovely property, short walk to the beach, very clean and nicely decorated. Our only issues were the coffee machine seemed to have the wrong pods, we had to buy batteries for the remote control for the heater to work and the dishwasher had the water turned off so we took some time to figure out what was wrong and get it working.The heater did work very well once we had it going and it was a beautiful, spacious and comfortable place to stay. Would definitely stay there again :0)"
