Would absolutely come again.

Took some to find a place from parking lot. Check-in was fast, spa was awesome with 10 saunas. Really enjoyed our time there. Breakfast was also very good with lot of options. There was heavy thunderstorm at night and it was fascinating to observe it through the window.

The hotel & spa are located in a beautiful sea resort area. There are plenty of roads to walk or bike and a very long beach. The spa is great, especially the saunas are great - there are about 10 to choose from! The staff is friendly & professional, speak several languages. The property is clean and well maintained.

The hotel exceeded our expectation. In particular the spa area was very good. The room was specious and bed comfortable. Bathroom was spacious too. We had a great view over the forest and the gulf of finland. Beach bar was a very nice surprise and had lovely cocktails, hammocks and entertainment. We did not quite expect that in Estonia. Breakfast was also plentiful and tasty. My gluten free wife had plenty to choose from. Parking is paid now and it is available to beach goers but we found a space in front of the hotel.

Great Time-Great Place-Just a touch up

I truly love this place beachside with a cute Baar next door. Great restaurant down stars and baar in the hotel. The hotel room was nice clean and neat. Quiet and comfortable to sleep in. We got spa treatment and IT IS A MUST!!! *The only thing I think that needs a touch up are the cleanliness of the sauna and swimming/hot tub areas. There was one Sauna my daughter and I knew was broken and dirty by the smell. The outside hot tub had algae in it and there was algae on the floor around the pool area. They just need a couple good pool cleaners and it would be top notch! The other thing was that there wasn’t a down time for adults. There were always kids in the area playing and that just turned me off from going in there the first night we went. We can to relax not babysit. * so Pool Sauna Area Cleaner * Adult only time in the Swim Sauna area in the evenings (7-10) And this place would be a 9 for sure! All the workers even spoke Estonian/Russian and English.

Lovely room with beautiful views, BUT air con NOT working, could not open the windows as they were ceiling to floor windows, so very hot and stuffy room, got almost NO sleep because of this. Asked some of the staff about air con they said air cons were not working in the hotel .BATH is leeking and fridge NOT working. Glad we only had to put up with this for 2 nights, othetwise we would have had to change the hotel. Such a shame, as the hotel is very beautiful in a very beautiful location. Very nice breakfast. Very nice swimming pools. Very nice staff, BUT something has to be done about air con.

Spent 2 weeks at Meresuu spa/hotel. It was a great stay! Personnel of the hotel is nice. Special thanks to Marina at the reception for her focused attention to the customers needs. Breakfast was good. Excellent spa facilities. Beautiful, quiet location. Only negative thing is that there are no refrigerators in the rooms, only minibars that don’t cool enough to keep drinks and snacks cold.

Everything functioned well. When arriving the receptionist was unpolite which left a reluctant feeling for quite some time. The service culture all in all isn’t very friendly (except the charming spa desk gent). Air conditioning means the whole buildings mechanic AC, not an AC machine in each room, room was thus hot to sleep in the July heat.
