We enjoyed our stay at this property for our mini vacation with friends to Nashville. The place was clean, there were lots of towels, the beds were comfortable. It wasn't within walking distance to any attractions but felt safe. There are lots of stairs so be prepared.

Great location

Loved this location. Coffee shop nearby, which was terrific. Easy Uber ride to Broadway/12South/Gulch. Had a couple of small issues when we first checked in, but reached out to host and everything was taken care of in less than 30 minutes.

Quiet, perfect!

Our stay was just as expected! Very clean & quiet location. Two levels of stairs, but wasn’t a problem for us. Would recommend to anyone ok with stairs.

Anniversary getaway

Property was fine. Disappointed how many stairs there were, did not see all that In vrbo description. 2 sets 19 stairs, first set from street level up to main floor and another set to 2md floor. We are all over 70 so did not enjoy all the stairs. Little noisy at night hearing trains, and a ceiling vent 2nd floor bathroom rattled. Prompt communication from property manager when asked questions. Clean condo, about 15 minutes from downtown

Friends wanted to go to a place to be nearby the city was only a few minute drive to downtown. Overall property was very clean and easy to get in and out.

Nice Property, Poor Location

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and well maintained. Check-In Check-Out was super easy and convenient. Downside was the overall location. Far from popular destinations like Broadway requiring a car rental or Uber/lyft. Area was very industrial with nothing within walking distance. Only other downsides were Pillows were horrible and the kitchen has the very bare minimum. Be prepared for LOTS of stairs you’ll need to carry luggage up!

15 MINUTES OR LESS TO MANY GREAT AREAS

The exterior and interior of the complex was perfect for what we needed. The location is a little different at first but when you take into account how easy it is to get anywhere, it was great. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions and checked in with us a few times. We highly recommend this property when visiting Nashville.

Great location and accommodations!

There were 4 adults (cousins) staying at this condo and the accommodations could not have been nicer! The living room and kitchen are spacious. The second floor bedroom and bath/closet is amazing. Location was nice and easy for transportation in/out of downtown. It's a very safe and secure development. Overall our first trip to Nashville was amazing and we look forward to returning again to the area to enjoy everything that Nashville has to offer. Thank you for your hospitality.

Comfortable and very clean

This place is extremely comfortable and was extremely clean!! The beds are very comfortable with enough pillows for a comfortable nights sleep. The bathroom and closet were big enough to put our clothes in and hang them up. The kitchen has everything you need. The guest bedroom on the main floor is big enough to put your luggage and still move around. The balcony is perfect!! You go up the stairs to a hallway and can enter the master bedroom or go out onto the balcony. The stairs were tough for me, but overall, everything else was perfect!! Great location. We used uber the entire time we were there. Conveniently located near a Walmart for all your grocery needs.Would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Nashville! And the rental company has excellent customer service!!!

Great location, very clean

Came to town for the George Strait concert. This rental is in a great location, very close to lots of great places! Super clean and quiet. Easy parking. Would definitely recommend.

Overall it’s very nice. A few things I was a little surprised by. There is no flooring, it’s poured concrete with a few area rugs. Also, no dressers. Lived out of the suitcase

Easy Ubers to and from the area. Exactly like the photos, even better in my opinion. Great place for 6-8 people. Probably couldn’t fit anymore due to the bed situation.

Girls Trip

This was a great size condo for five women on this trip; it was clean and well equipped for us coming from out of state. We caught some amazing sunsets from the outdoor balcony, the coffee shop on the property was cute and delicious. The location was a little unexpected and somewhat in an industrial area; I knew we would be catching an Uber to get down to Broadway street and it was a short ride so we liked that but there wasn't anything really in walking distance. I requested a late check out very last minute and the host was quick to make the arrangement happen! We would stay here again for sure.

New Year in Nashville

We enjoyed our stay! Property is as listed. Stairs were long and loud with boots. I would suggest area rugs for the cement floor. When it was wet it was dangerously slippery. We had plenty of space for all of us and a simple 10 min drive from downtown.
