“The bathroom was very dirty. Hair in sink and on floor. Also felt like we were bothering the lady who checked us in. Checkout was much friendlier”

“I always stay here. Very affordable, so it is my go to when i need a nap and shower between work in Nashville. The water pressure and heat is consistent and great. I have NEVER been bitten by bed bugs here, and I have in almost every other Nashville hotel I have tried”

“I was very disappointed in this hotel the room was filthy nasty . The bedding had stains on it. When I ask for an iron board the front desk didn’t give me one I will never book this hotel again I’m begging you please don’t book this hotel . Not to mention the sink was stopping up”

“This is possibly the worst place I have ever stayed. I would not recommend staying here EVER! It was dirty and broken, the rooms were not ready, the staff did not care, it smelled heavily of smoke and had burns all over the rooms from cigarettes. Horrible!”

“The non-smoking room smelled like smoke and were stained. One of our rooms the burner wasn't on the stove. The pictures online are deceptive. The stairs aren't safe leading from the second floor to the third was crumbling. We left within 20 minutes of checking in. I've never done that before.”

“Receptionist is helpful. Maids are very dirty and do not clean even to a decent standard. Stains, sticky floors (I wiped down and disinfected after check in), mold, water damage to where the inner walls were opened for bugs to enter. Management simply needs to supervise the maids because it's causing their rooms to deteriorate more quickly due to moisture damage. Rooms have no door sweep to keep dust, debris and hot air out of the rooms. Towels and and bed sheets don't smell clean at all……

“Arrived at facility and a room wasn’t even available, was told to come back in an hour to see if the will even have one available, finally got a room however the stair case up to room had people sitting doing drugs, would not move and stairs were cracked and missing stone pieces, the room door barely closed, room was hot and humid checked out within less then and hour, still awaiting to hear back from a manager in regards to a refund”

“PLEASE READY BEFORE BOOKING A ROOM!!!! Although the staff was friendly, the hotel was horrible. The room had roaches. The bathtub had putty in the drain. My daughter went to take a shower and the water wouldn't drain. The swamp cooler had mold. The bed creaked so bad I was afraid to move. The place looked like a hooker hotel. It reminded me of the projects apartments in South Central or Watts on movies or the slums in New York. I had two rooms, one for me and my two daughters and one for my son……

“Stay away. Dirty, very poor air conditioning (the room was really hot - AC only blew a little bit of cold air, bad smell in the elevator, sink leaked all over the floor, sheets had stains, and on and on. ”

“Room (a/k/a house/condo/townhouse - don’t know how it is classified), was okay. Not going to say good or bad, just what I took note of. The gated parking is not for guests. Guests park on the street which is visible from house/condo/townhouse if you stretch your neck. You can enter from garage -that is in the alley. You can never park in front of the unit. Park on side street and walk past 9 units to the front door. Garage holds 2 small cars. If I’m allowed pics, I will submit them. Not allowed……

“ No cable tv some kinky wifi crap. To hard to get your 1 key when you check in. They ask forcalot of stuff when you get there.thstvyou have to text to them. ”
