On entering we were impressed with how clean and bright the unit appeared. The rooms were uncluttered and the bathrooms were clean and simple. The pool outside the door was a plus and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and extras.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything our family could have asked for. It’s clear the host is incredibly thoughtful and attentive. There were plenty of activities around the marina to keep us entertained, and the beach was truly the icing on the cake. We will definitely return.

Elvira’s condo is fantastic. She is also the most lovely and welcoming host - I had lots of questions as it was our first trip to the Bahamas and she went out of her way to help. We were personally welcomed at the condo, which is well located at Palm Cay, tastefully decorated, has an excellent kitchen, kids beach toys, beach cart and chairs, BBQ, plenty of space… The pool is outside the front door and only shared by a few properties. Palm Cay itself feels secure and has a wonderful marina to watch the boats. The beach is lovely - and we often had it to ourselves, morning beach trips and sundowner sandcastle became our daily routine. The Pink Octopus is a great casual restaurant - pizzas excellent. Key points:Elvira is wonderful - I booked the condo as I had the read the other reviews about her hospitality and they are true!There are no other restaurants other than the Pink octopus nearby, just something to consider, we didn’t mind at all, and Solomon’s supermarket is a 1/2 minute drive to get groceries. This suited our family perfectly.The condo is a 7/8 minute walk to the beach. We have a 4 year old and in the heat this was just a bit far for him - so I recommend hiring a car to have the freedom to pop to and from the condo, also for grocery trips or excursions. This was the best thing we did, Elvira can recommend a car hire, just ask her. Super reasonable, and we loved exploring downtown Nassau.Thank you for a lovely stay Elvira - we will hopefully be back again!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The villa was spacious for our group with a lot of luggage and close access to the marina that we were chartering out of every day. We love the Palm Cay area and will definitely be back!

Fantastic location and condo

After requiring a week stay in something other then an expensive cramped 1 bedroom hotel in Bahamas, we found this gem. The location and grounds were amazing. 15 min drive to our day pass for Atlantis, 30 min to Baha Mar, and with extra saved on lodging we rented a car for the week to get us around and do food shopping (1 min drive). Rental vendor is a relative of Elvira, and it was seamless as they dropped car at condo and picked up from condo. The place was super clean, and just as pictured, with plenty of space for my family to enjoy our own quiet time. Elvira was super helpful pre-trip with tips, during trip with help when needed (ie a missing pickle ball racquet was purchased and dropped next day so my family of 4 could play), and check-in/out process was simple. We had a pool right outside the door, purchased member passes (20/person per day for 3 day minimum they require) to get access to the private members beach...which was worth it to feel like a VIP. Even onsite restaurant was amazing,. Only negative I could think of is the TV situation. When down time was needed after a long day, this is required for my family (others may not care, and wasn't too terrible). The two TVs in the condo were in the main room and master, and they both had volume issues and poor connection with blurry screens. Simple fix with upgrades, and not anything terrible. Final note as I was concerned w/ heightened security alerts for Bahamas travel, I felt super safe onsite!

Amazing condo and property

The accommodations were as described and very clean. The host met us at check in and explained everything we needed to know. Palm Cay is very low key which is what we wanted. The pool is right outside the kitchen door and it is super convenient and was available during peak time. The condo and Palm Cay properties are well kept and everyone friendly. We spent two days at the beach also and two days touring The Bahamas. Groceries and liquor store a 10 min walk away. Would definitely return! Thanks.

An Amazing Experience!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, beautifully decorated condo. Elvira, the delightful host, extended such warm hospitality to us. She was so responsive to our every question. She truly went above and beyond, making us feel at home. This immaculate condo is equipped with bath and beach towels, pool toys, beach chairs and and umbrella, pickleball and tennis equipment, board games and more! There is a pool right outside the door! We had the best time snorkeling, fishing and visiting Rose Island on a charter boat day with Captain Owen. It was such a pleasure to stay there!

Loved it!

This place is truly beautiful close to the store, has the beach and everything you need!! We had a great time, the host was amazing she met us there and went over everything and was very prompt to anything we needed! I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful!!

Elvira was a fantastic host! We are a family of 5 with kids ages 10-15 and her home was perfect!! It was beautifully decorated and comfortable, she has a variety of equipment to use for activities within Palm Cay, like tennis and pickle ball. The condo itself is perfectly located with the pool steps away from the front door. It was the perfect location for our family’s Bahamas vacation! We can’t wait to come back and stay in Elvira’s condo!

June 23-july 2. We had the absolute best time at this property. Elvira was an amazing person.House was big and enough room for everyone, clean and exactly as shown in the pictures and was so nice to have the pool right on the same property. Beach was amazing and the short walk of 7 min was between the villas.So relaxing by the pool and the sitting area on the porch off of the first floor living room. Beach and restaurants in walking distance. Beautiful neighbor. Very interested in going back.10 out of 10!

Nice place, but...

The accommodations were fine, but you had to pay extra to use the amenities. That should have been stated up front. Big beautiful pool, can't use it. Enjoy drinks at the outdoors bar and sitting area, can't use that either. Beach area with sitting and covers, nope. Exercise room, sorry extra. Kicaks and toys, extra. We stayed there and only used the small pool. But really enjoyed our adventures around Nassau and Paradise Island. Won't use this particular place again.

Excellent Vacation!

Elvira’s condo is perfect for a trip to the Bahamas! It is very spacious, quiet at night, very clean and comfortable, and the grounds are excellent. The private beach is awesome with virtually no other people, and the swimming there is awesome. Be sure to grab a bite at the Pink Octopus on-site restaurant. Elvira is a very kind and attentive host, and she was very helpful throughout the entire stay, making excellent recommendations and even helping get things arranged. We had a blast, you will too!

Mother Daughter trip

Perfect condo and resort for our spring break getaway. We enjoyed to pool right outside our door and the beautiful beach. The pink octopus restaurant onsite had great food and service. The condo had everything we needed including pickle ball rackets and golf clubs for the putting green. We felt safe the entire trip. Elvira is a wonderful host. We hope to come back soon!

Fantastic Place

Amazing condo!!!!

The condo pics are exactly as the condo itself. Everything was perfect. Spacious, incredible clean. It had everything we needed. Elvira was the perfect host. She greeted us and gave us a tour of the place. Her communication was within minutes. She followed up in our stay to make sure we were having a good time. The property was in a very nice location. The perfect vacation

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Elvira's condo. She is a great host... easy to communicate with. She went out of her way to give us information about where to go and what to do on the island. She also put us in touch with a car rental company that met us at the condo, which was great. The condo itself was perfect for us. It is spotless and modern, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Elvira provides board games, pool toys, and tennis/pickleball equipment, which was great fun for my 11 and 13 year old daughters. The restaurant onsite has great food, as does the dockside cafe. The beach is beautiful, and was never busy. We had an incredible vacation and will definitely be back!

Perfect Bahamas Getaway!

My stay at this beautiful condo in Palm Cay was everything I needed and more! The space was very comfortable and inviting, it felt like home for the few days I visited. The amenities, beach, and overall vibe at Palm Cay is wonderfully refreshing, everything you expect when visiting the Bahamas! Elvira, the property manager, was very accommodating, she offered to give me a ride to the local grocery store and even helped arrange transportation to and from the airport. I look forward to another stay here!
