All the staff was extremely friendly. Everyone wants you to have the best time while you are there. And we did!! Really the only bad thing we could come up with was the buffet or dine in food is just so so. Not great, not terrible. Just started to get old after a week on our trip. But we would book again otherwise!

Overall I liked the RIU. Half of the staff were rude. The other half were relatively friendly but, nowhere near the hospitality of Jamaica.

Property was not sanitized at all, pool was filthy, people vomiting in the pool on multiple occasions and the pool was only shut down for a few hours to be cleaned. No hand sanitizer anywhere to be found. Pool was not monitored for proper PH balance.
