Nothing wrong with hotel, staff or cleanliness, the only thing I take issue with is it’s treated like a theme park. Pay to play, if you want to do anything other than what’s included with your stay at the country club-it’s going to cost you. The other thing is I paid for the “Mountain View”

We book 10 rooms and of the 10 rooms four of them the AC did not work so they had to move us around. The service is quite helpful. The most fun part of it was the sports complex with the Pickleball courts and the tennis courts and the jet skis by the beach that part was definitely fun but the place is rundown for sure the rooms need upgrading and better maintenance.

Overall we had a great two night stay, but would have liked to have seen a bit more restaurant/food options and more comp hotel guest benefits (like free towels at the beach and pool, and free facility use for bowling, billards, etc.), especially since we paid a fairly high room rate for a hotel stay in the Philippines. Otherwise, its a great staycation and we'd c

Honest review.....Slightly above average over-all. Food is well below average and very overpriced. Staff, facilities, activities carry this resort. Good at hiding other flaws. No disclaimer when booking, about being "no cash allowed". Being a foreign traveler, wanting to take advantage of favorable exchange rates rather than having to charge overpriced food and activities ontop of paying a cc interest rate was highly disappointing. Resort could be good, but missing key elements.

Check in/check out was a breeze. Staff were courteous and professional. The rooms were spacious, clean and ready for us. The restaurants has pretty good food and variety choices except the Mexican style restaurant in the beach. Their sizzling plates were dry and doesn't taste good. Needs improvement on the part. Transportation to the property is the easiest if you don't have your own vehicle or rent a vehicle. There are no other stores to buy stuff that you may have forgot but the Kultura inside the hotel. The whole place is really nice for a great family vacation. We were there Tuesday to Thursday. So, it might be different on the weekends where there are a lot of people. I heard there's a line in almost all the activities on the weekends.
