Fully remodeled townhome in the heart of highly desired East Natchitoches on the Cane River. Mid-century modern style townhome w/ covered parking, pool & river access but no boat dockage. 3 BRs w/ 4 beds, 1.5 Bath, 2 story. Enjoy the river view from the Master Balcony. Super convenient location to campus, historic downtown and restaurants - all within 5+ minutes driving. Extremely limited parking for small boats.

The Space:
Quiet community of townhomes on the Cane River in highly desired East Natchitoches. 3 bedrooms upstairs. 1 queen, 1 full, 1 twin daybed with trundle. Sleeps up to 7 w/ sofa. Full bathroom upstairs. Half bath & full-size washer & dryer downstairs with breakfast nook along with formal dining area, galley kitchen & living room. Covered patio with firepit in private courtyard area. 2 covered parking spots. Community includes pool access & river access (rare find).
