The Magnolia Pelican – Your Peaceful Louisiana Retreat

Formerly known as the Natty Nestle, The Magnolia Pelican is a cozy and welcoming guesthouse retreat in Natchitoches, thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Perfect for couples, families, or friends traveling together, this inviting apartment is located in a charming duplex. Your private space is the blue unit (Unit A) on the left side of the property—easily identified in the cover photo with a red arrow pointing to the blue side.

Inside, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms, each with a plush king-sized bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring. The unit also features one full bathroom and a comfortable living room with a TV, where you can relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, makes preparing meals a breeze, while central air and heating keep you comfortable in every season. Free Wi-Fi throughout the unit ensures you can stay connected during your stay. For added convenience, you’ll also have shared access to a washer and dryer—perfect for longer visits. Free onsite parking means you can easily come and go at your own pace.

We’ve made arrival simple with self check-in through a smart lock and personalized access code, so you can settle in on your schedule with peace of mind.
