Only two body towels provided, no hand towels. Previous occupants partially used shampoo and body wash bottles left in shower. ...

「The reservation included 2 double beds for 3 people. The photos shown online and also in the reservation confirmation that was emailed to me made it look like the 2nd double bed was in a smaller/separate bedroom within what the hotel called a "Deluxe Suite." However, at checkin time, it became clear that there was only a single room with a single double bed. The only option was for the staff to bring an extra bed into the room, which decreased the amount of available free space in the room....
